Visualize project schedules on a horizontal Gantt chart. Drag task bars to reschedule, see overlapping workloads at a glance, and export the view for client presentations.

File Attachments

Attach files up to 10 MB per file (Team plan) directly to tasks. Images are previewed inline. All attachments are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 with per-task access control.

Custom Project Statuses

Define your agency's workflow once: Brief → Concept → Design → Dev → QA → Live. Every project in your space inherits the right columns from the start.

We run 12 client accounts simultaneously. Before Krokanti Tasks, I had a separate Trello board for each one and a spreadsheet to track them all. Now everything is in one tool, and our project managers actually enjoy the weekly review instead of dreading it.

Can we give clients access to their project space?

Yes. You can invite clients as Viewers to their space, giving them read-only access to project status, task progress, and comments. They stay informed without being able to accidentally change anything. For more collaborative clients, the Member role lets them add comments and create tasks.

Is there a limit on how many client spaces we can create?

On the Team plan, you can create unlimited spaces. Each space has its own subscription — so if a client wants to be billed directly for their own space, that's possible too.

How does file storage work?

Files attached to tasks are stored on Cloudflare R2. The Team plan supports file attachments up to 10 MB per file. Storage is not limited by a hard quota — usage is reviewed on a fair-use basis.

Can we standardize our workflow across all client projects?

You can set up a project template workflow (by creating a template project with your standard statuses and labels), then duplicate the structure for each new client engagement. Full template support is on the roadmap.
