These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Krokanti Tasks (tasks.krokanti.com), operated by Krokanti Games SL ("Krokanti", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Krokanti Tasks, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Krokanti Tasks.
You must create a Krokanti Account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Krokanti Tasks offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. - Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems. - Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks. - Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service without permission. - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
The Krokanti Tasks service, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by Krokanti Games SL and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the content you create within Krokanti Tasks (tasks, comments, files, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service. You may export your data at any time through Settings > Data > Download my data.
Krokanti Tasks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krokanti Games SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where such limitation is not permitted under applicable EU consumer protection law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@krokanti.com or using the account deletion option in your Krokanti Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure to allow recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Krokanti Tasks shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at legal@krokanti.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
